How to view customer details

Click 'Customers' on the top left, then 'Find a Customer'.  Enter your search criteria and click 'Load Customers'.  Then click 'View' beside the customer you wish to view.

Just below the Customer Details heading, there are links to more areas of account information.

View Contacts   View/add/manage contacts registered with this customer
View Activity   View activity history for a particular account
View Messages/Invoices Sent   View message history and resend previous message
