How to manage your OnePosting Support Account

OnePosting Customer Care -

To access your OnePosting Support Account, go to www.oneposting.com and click Support on the top right, which brings you to the OnePosting Help Centre.

Here you can click the "Sign In" button on the top right to login to your Support Account.  Note that your login details for your Support Account are separate to your login details for the OnePosting System itself.

(If you don't have a password, click 'Forgot my password' after you click 'Sign In', and you can have your account reset to a new password.)

When you are logged in, you will see your user name on the top right of the screen.  If you right-click this and choose "My Activities" from the drop down, you will see your existing Support requests.

The status of each request will appear on the right hand side of each item.

Open means OnePosting are currently looking into your query and will be back to you as soon as possible.
Awaiting Your Reply means that OnePosting have answered your query, and are waiting for you to respond before it can be addressed further.
Solved means OnePosting have answered your query, however you can easily reply to these again if you require further information or clarification.

To create a new ticket, click 'Submit a Request' on the top right of the screen.  Here you can enter the subject and description for your issue.  You also enter the Impact code per the descriptions below

Level 1 - System Offline should be used if the system appears to be offline or if you cannot access any of it at all.
Level 2 - Urgent Issue should be used if your query is Urgent and requires fast resolution.  Note that this should only be used where you require a response in a short time window, as you will want to mostly reserve this for any queries that are time-dependent.
Level 3 - Problem Report should be used if you have any type of problem with the system or if it does not appear to be working as expected.
Level 4 - General Enquiry should be used for general questions or enquiries about the system.

Answers to common questions can also be found here in the OnePosting Help Centre.
