Can I have my invoices or documents as PDF attachments instead of links?

OnePosting sends email notifications to customers for new invoices and documents, with a link to your secure online account where you can view, download and print.  We recommend this approach as it is more secure than emailing PDF attachments - given that it is possible for the contents of an email can be intercepted or changed by a third party.

However if you still wish to receive your documents as PDF attachments instead of links to your online account, this can be arranged by contacting your supplier and asking them to change your account setup so that you receive PDF attachments.
