Closing a OnePosting Account will mean that no documents will be sent from OnePosting to the account that has been closed. This allows you to temporarily put accounts on hold.
Please note : While accounts are closed nothing will be sent through OnePosting and you must distribute any documentation to those accounts manually.
Click 'Customers' on the top left, then 'Find a Customer' from the centre of the page. Search for the customer you wish to manage, and click 'Load Customers'. Click the blue "View" button beside the customer.
To close the account, click the 'Close Account' button.
