How to set up TeamViewer if asked to by a Support Agent

Some issues require us to recreate the problem or be able to view the problem on your computer.

If you have raised a support ticket and are contacted by a member of our support team requesting access to your computer, then you may be asked to download Teamviewer so that we can do this.

Don’t worry, with Teamviewer you are fully in control as you will give our support personnel a one-time password to be able to access your computer on this occasion only.

Click the link below to download TeamViewer, and when complete then click on the file that was downloaded (TeamViewerQS.exe) to activate it, and give the password to the support agent to grant them access to your computer.
