In Internet Explorer, the screen isn't displayed correctly

This can happen if the "Compatibility View" setting in Internet Explorer is turned on.

You can turn it off within Internet Explorer by going to Tools, Compatibility View Settings, remove any sites listed, and uncheck all three boxes at the bottom.
